ND filter allows slower shutter speed showing greater sense of speed.
I can’t tell until you pause. I won’t use ND for shooting sports. Not worth it.
as I know motion blur works without nd filter, but here it doesn't work, why?

I was about to buy them but then i saw the price. $59.99 each (16, 32 and 64). Almost $200 for the set of ND filters. 1/3 the price of the camera itself. Idk. I like insta360 but I might wait for a freewell option.
Just activate Motion blur during Export.
