I am trying to bleed my TRP dhr-evo brakes. I followed along with the how to YouTube video posted by TRP. Everything seems to go fine, until after I purge the lever and put the caliper bleed port screw back in. When I squeeze the lever, it is very soft and there is just mineral oil flowing out of the bleed port with very little resistance. It seems like the screw isn’t sealing it at all. What could be causing this?

From a quick look at a video, your bleed screw seems to not be far enough in the caliper body. Is it not going further than that? If not, unscrew it and make sure you didn’t cross thread it before trying again.
Is the bleed screw missing an O ring?
