This bike caught my eye on craigslist and I just want to know if its a good deal or not. It seems to be in really good condition from the pictures and its my size. Is there anything that I should be wary about?

Check what the max tire clearance it. I’d personally prefer a cheap frame with 28+ mm tires than the fanciest carbon job limited to 25mm. You may have different sensitivities.
The shifters are usually dead and you need to inspect it for cracks around the rear dropouts.
Ride quality is harsh.
