Received my Orbea last week, got the build done during the weekend
For guys wondering if guetting a Shimano Orbea Terra Race before March is possible, I can say it’s possible
How I done :
I bought Orbea Terra Race with Sram Rival
Bought a Sram UDH for shimano (10€) and it could fit on the frame, it was a bet. (Derailer hanger for Shimano from Orbea is supposed to arrive in march that’s why nobody can have a full Shimano setup from Orbea)
I bought the complete GRX groupset but kept my roadie Dura ace crankset
For some purpose I use this bike on the road for winter and on gravel during the race season, that’s why I went for 2by setup and I’m using the 52*36 crankset
Complete build with Dura ace 11/34 cassette, dura ace chain, dura ace crankset and GRX groupset and road setup (30mm Pirelli, and Tubolito tubes) is 7,250kg
With the gravel tyres (Vittoria 40mm, without tubeless sealant) is 7,370kg
XS frame (695mm saddle height)
Carbon raw color and Titanium gold logos
36mm wide handlebar, 100mm stem
How it feels on the road ?(I didn’t try yet on the gravel) as stiff as my previous road bike, I could not say it’s a gravel bike with closed eyes
Edit : yes I will cut the fork

Is that the new dura-ace 11-13 cassette? Looks sick! /s
Did you ride this exact setup without spacers between the cockpit and the steerer cover? This looks hella unsafe.
