Saddle, and I’d ditch the front 3 apoke magnesium wheels. They are really heavy, and do you really need that big of a chain ring? Seems impractical considering how heavy your bike is.

That tri-spoke just screams tarck.to me, but otherwise a very nice ride.

Tires is always the best bang for your buck, if you sent on some really nice rubber already. The saddle and bar tape look pretty iffy, as well. That tape looks like it doesn’t absorb a single bumps worth of chatter… and I’m guessing there’s lots of chatter rolling on those generic tires.
