Rack solutions for forks without a crown mount?

Hey y’all,
I recently purchased a Otso Waheela C equipped with a Lithic fork. I am in search of some pannier rack mount solutions for this bike and fork (maybe from an independent fabricator or a major brand).

The fork does not have a crown mounting point like many bikepacking forks, but it does have a fender mount on the rear side of the crown…
In the rear, it is the same situation, there is a fender mounting point in between the seat stays just before they meat with the seat tube.

I know Otso has suggested rack options that are compatible with the bike in their website… but I don’t necessarily like the look of those and don’t want to have to buy additional hardware for them to work.

Does anyone know of an independent fabricators, or other bikepacking brands, that might have a solution to this problem?

I am running a 38cm bar so barbags that fit and offer storage are limited. Looking to off load that into a pannier setup.
