  1. Don’t lean forward. But also don’t lean too far back. Find the balance point with your hips, feather the rear brake as needed, don’t lean forward.

  2. Your technique is all wrong. You’re trying to pull the front wheel up with your arms instead of shifting your weight back. Lots of wheelie tutorials on YouTube to help with this.

  3. If you want to crack your skull, practicing wheelies in the snow with no helmet is a great way!

    Little push-up, power down, drop your shoulders backward right when the wheel comes up. Find the balance point. Pulling with your arms will never ever work. Drop your seat post down a couple
    Inches as you learn. Commit to that balance point and relax.

    Keep your butt over the rear wheel and push forward with your legs, work on doing manuals first, there’s a lot of great videos on YouTube for DIY practice setups and tips, it takes a lot of practice but keep it up and over time you will get it.
