Walmart bike bottom bracket

Hi everyone!

My bottom bracket is starting to wobble around and I want some help understanding how to get these apart, what tools I will need and possible replacement parts

There is a lock ring on there and I has tried to re-tighten it, but its still wobbling, so something else is loose

I currently have a hex key set and lock ring wrench, I know I will need a crank puller to get deeper, but Im unsure what kind of bottom bracket tool I will need

The bike is a "24 Hyper Bear Mountain" bike I got from a relative and has become my daily commute bike
