Headwind on the way in means a cross head wind on the way home.
A tailwind just means you slept good and your legs are fresh.

Forecast says there will be no rain so no need for a rainjacket right? RIGHT?

The difference on my 9 mile commute today was 8 minutes. I was flying on my way home

I have a building across from my office window with a Canadian flag on top. I watch the flag point toward my home all morning, and then turn around and point away from my home all afternoon.

8 hours is a long time for the wind to shift.

Theres a subway bit i have to cut through on my way home, if the winds hard enough it actually grinds me to a near stop when entering it. This is coming off a hill too. The other one i have is crossing a high bridge during winds, sometimes i have to drop a gear and grind it out to cross, other times i don’t have to pedal and can keep up with the 30mph traffic on the main deck.
