Hello! I’m installing the bottom bracket in my new touring (3 x 8) bike. The chainline is 50,7 mm, and I’ve read that for this configuration must be between 47,5 and 50 mm. But the main reason of my concern is the distance between the inside of the left crank and the BB body: 9 mm.
The crankset is Shimano Alivio and the BB Stronglight, both JIS.
Do you think this will cause problems?
Thank you!

Absolutely fine, just aesthetically not very pleasing. But if it shifts and the chainline feels okay: Ride it!
Not only is the distance between the inside of the crank arm and the bottom bracket body fine, it’s normal.
Your chainline is also acceptable. One would rather the chainline be a bit outboard of “center” than inboard, and there’s no way to bring that chainline in any.
