List price for this Specialized Tarmac SL6 Comp with Shimano Ultegra Di2 is $1,500. Has been sitting in sellers garage for about 1 year, and needs brake pad replacements, new chain, and a standard tune up. Also comes without pedals.
Is this as good of a deal as I think it is or am I missing something?

Its a great deal
Stem is slammed and that’s a long ass stem, make sure that it fits you!
That list of work is 300+ USD. How do you like it at 1800-2000? Can’t say I’m impressed with the price. 105 12 speed Di2 can be found for around 2k.
