BMX has done so much for my mental and physical health this year. A new local pump track sparked the fire and it hasn't stopped all year. I've taken my 8yo son with me everywhere from skateparks to trails sessions and it's all been an awesome experience. 16 year old me would never have done this. 🙌
Started legitimately riding BMX this year, just turned 38. Pretty stoked on getting over halfway up inside the big bowl yesterday!

Never too old my friend! Better late than never. Being able to jump and control a bike has got to be one of the greatest feelings in the world, to me at least haha.
Hell yea dude getting pitted in that thing!! Im planning to hit this park sometime this winter (that’s edge, right?)
