Recently crashed over a rocky berm, and left some nasty scratches on my top tube and down tube. I don’t really care for looks, but would these scratches pose any structural risk or long term damage to my frame? The scratches are a little deeper than comfortable, and shows maybe some metal gouged out, maybe 0.2-0.4mm deep? Anything I should do for it or can I just leave the scratches as it is.

I wouldn’t care about this. If there are no dents and all is as you show you are good to go
