PDX: I run into this bike a lot (ironically never when I’m on a bike) and love it but always wonder what frame it is. Looks powder coated but not sure if it’s custom or not. Anyone got a guess?

I STG I saw that bike on my ride today. Not parked but riding, not that it helps at all
Tough to be sure with the framebags blocking so much of the fine details, but looks like a Kona Honzo * frame to me based on the dropouts, tight rear triangle and slack seat tube angle.
Edit, doesn’t have the seat tube gusset at the toptube joint… Not a DL.. possibly a Honzo ST or an ESD, but not a DL.
Dunno. But that fender design is kinda dope. I like it better than the seat post bungee ones.
