  1. Not familiar with that frame. The 1×11 Cues is great, I think it is great value for the lower cost. It will shift reliably and last a long time. My experience is on a Salsa Journeyer with the Cues system.

If budget is a big concern Cues is great. Just go with it and know it is functionally great and will be for a long time. The biggest thing I noticed is the tiny bit of additional weight and a little slower to shift. Neither were enough to care for me.

If budget is less of a concern the GRX will be a little quicker to shift, it should be a little lighter, and overall feel a little bit more polished.

I really like Cues lineup, and am happy that Shimano has implemented it. Also that they have begun to slim the lineup some. The GRX system is a well established and polished driveline though.

I have the bike as an FE. It’s really cool, the gearshift shifts easily but compared to a mechanical 105 it’s a bit slow and doesn’t like to be under pressure. But you get used to it very quickly.
Also, I’ll probably go to 42 in the front, even if it’s not a huge difference from the 40.

I really like the bike itself but there are a few things I wish were different
