Edit:
1. why not blue mandatory cycle sign in first image?
2. Sign in Image 3 is a supplementary sign with a main sign, but there is no main sign here.

1. You are allowed to cycle the “wrong way”. (On the left side of the road)
2. You have to use the bicycle lane.
3. Cyclists are allowed to cycle on this lane both ways.

I guess: Welcome to germany
First one seems to be a alternative path for bicycle. (My knowledge is) You dont have to use it, because it is not marked like the second picture.
Second: you need to drive on this bike path.
Third: sign says “bikes are allowed to drive on the footpath in both directions”. If you’d follow the law 1/1 you would only be allowed to drive 10km/h there.

~~The first sign is just for wayfinding. Not legally binding in any way. It just means “go here to follow the signed directions”.~~ (Edit: mistook the sign for another one)
The second one is a mandatory bike facility. You have to use this. When there’s such a sign at a bike lane or a bike path along a street, you must use it. It also means that it’s for cyclists only. No motor vehicles, no pedestrians.
The third one is technically posted incorrectly, but what it means is that it’s allowed to cycle there, but you can also just cycle on the street. Typically, those signs go under “pedestrians only” or “no entry” signs or the like. It means “cyclists are excempt from this restriction”.
There is no real correct sign for a non-mandatory bike path, so they misused this sign to mark it here.
