My bike had been difficult to pedal so my boyfriend took it to the repair shop. The brake disk was bent for some reason. When I had gotten it back from the shop, it rode amazingly. I then stored my bike in the backyard with a tarp over it. I’ve tried biking one more time and it was difficult to pedal again. My mom had tipped my bike over without my knowing and stuffed the tarp in the basket. I think that might have something to do with. My boyfriend also removed the front fender because he felt like the fender was obstructing the front wheel.
The rear wheel spins fine. I feel like there is something off the front wheel. I’m hoping it just needs grease, but I feel like it needs to go to the shop again.
Does my bike need to go back to the repair shop…again?

Just ride it for a while and let it warm up, often the disc rotor shifts based on temperature
Does the wheel always stop in that same position? If so the issue is with your brakes. Could be a bent rotor, if your bike fell. Wheel could be out of allignment, causing your rotor to also be out of allignment. Also if your bike fell, could have knocked the caliper out of allignment.
Should be an easy fix, but If you aren’t comfortable working on your bike, I think your only option is a bike shop.
In my opinion it looks like there may be some brake drag from one of the pads but it’s very slight. Those mechanical disk brakes push one pad into the rotor and as you continue to squeeze the lever it forces the pad harder against the rotor, bending it until it presses against the other brake pad, which is fixed in the calipers. As the pads wear, that brake rub will disappear. I don’t think you need to return to the shop for that issue.
