Something pretty easy, right ? But I have a huge problem, when mounting back the axle, the pedal doesn't spin correctly, it seems as if the axle was stuck. Any ideas ?

Are you sure you’re using the correct axle on the correct pedal body? One goes in clockwise, the other counter-clockwise.
Which *specific* pedals?
