I'm changing out all the components on my bike and got to the rear derailleur and got stumped at this point. Changing from a 12+ year old tiagra groupset to a 105 groupset for reference. Ideas welcome. Thanks

Maybe i don’t get the Point. But why a new derailleur hanger?
No you don’t need to change the hanger. You need a 5mm Allen key and back out the main bolt.
Only time you need to replace the hanger is when it’s broken off or badly damaged and shouldn’t be straightened.
