No. Nice bike, great parts but 28mm tires max. Assuming USD that’s a $1000-$1200 bike at most.
Your friend is male, and had a Liv bike? There’s technically no issue with this but it’s marketed towards women. It’s a nice bike but I wouldn’t be spending that much on a used bike.
