Hello there everybody. It is Wednesday the 12th of November. I thought it was Saturday, but no, it’s not. It’s Wednesday. And me and Kyle are on our way to London to go to the one and only show that is Ruler Alive that I’m actually going to be speaking at. Kyle just locked his van in the background. Got the bikes ready. We’re ready. Unfortunately, we can only do 20 miles cuz it’s Kyle’s written. Kyle is the knee feeling good. He was last time when I tested it. I’m feeling good. Off the knee. I’m feeling good. Basically, for anyone that doesn’t know, Carl had an MCL injury from coming off on a tram. And we wanted to break the long drive to London up. So, we thought, let’s just do we’re doing 20 miles, 10 miles to a lovely cafe, and 10 miles back again. We’ll see how the he told me not to put shoe covers on. No, I said I said going to take too long, she said. I said it would take too long cuz he’s bought these shoe cups that are so tight. They take 10 hours to put on. I have thought about it. I could put these in the washing machine. The shoes? Yeah. I don’t think I think the roads are dry anyway. Put them in the washing machine. Oh, it’s chilly nipnip. Oh, and also we’re in a place called Ivingho and we’re going to a cafe that we went to last year and I had to get changed in the back of here which was not fun. And my bike’s going on display at Ruler and I’m speaking there which I can’t believe but anyway. Hey my little m Hey K, should I leave my mask on for the display at Ruler? No, I’m going to leave this mask on on Ruler. Ruler is like a bike show basically. It happens every year in London. What are you doing now? Sorry, I’ve got to protect my bike. It’s got covered over any wrap scallion stepping on all my clothes. Yeah, but if a wrap scallion comes along, they might hang on. Oh god. Look, it’s nice and protected now because and then people might look in the van in the front and see my bike and think, well, I’ll have that and smash the windscreen. Don’t want that, do you? We are off. Oh, it’s so nice to get out. Had a really hard interval session on the turbo this morning, so my legs are feeling it a little bit, but we almost didn’t ride. We were like, “Oh, should we just ride to the cafe because we’re going to be in the London rush hour later?” But then we just thought, “No, come on. We’ll feel better for a little spin.” And I’m so glad because the weather has just been so awful recently and it looks like it’s going to rain all day every day for the next 3 days. So, making the most of it while we can. Kyle’s got his new Mercur top. He’s loving it. I can tell you’re still feeling fit somewhat up here. Didn’t interport this morning. Slow down a bit for you, mate. Jeep wit. Oh, we got a little burner to do. It’s a 1.2 m long climb. It goes up 148 m. Average gradient 8% Kyle. Shake that little tushi up there. Is your knee all right? The knee is gut. It’s definitely a a burner. Gee whiz. I can feel the effect of this morning on me legs. tell you that and I’ve definitely got too many layers on. So, oh, I’m burning up like I’m in a frying pan or something. Oh, I’m really glad that we’ve come on this ride. I just needed it to tell you. I’ve not actually ridden outside for at least a week. My ankle’s still a little bit swollen from when I rolled it in Italy doing a trail run, but luckily it doesn’t hurt at all to ride. So, thank goodness because my Achilles is fully better now. So, I’m free to ride again. But I think my motivation over the past few weeks has just been really low. I’ve been going through a bit of a phase where the weather’s gloomy and just feels like everything I do just takes that little bit of extra effort and like even this ride we nearly said no, let’s not bother. But I feel so much better for getting out and I think anyone watching this that’s struggling at the minute. You’re not on your own. Sometimes the hardest thing is getting your bike out and putting your your kit on. But even if you just get to the end of the street and back, it’s better than nothing. And I think if you get your bike out and get on it and start pedaling, you’re definitely going to get further than the end of your street. Or whether it’s a walk or a run, just just get out. And I think for me, what helps is to lay my kit out the night before and just really not give myself a choice. For me, first thing in the morning works best. So just get up, get it on, and go. And don’t give myself that option. But I think just really remind yourself that it does really really help and make you feel better when you can get out and if like me you’ve been injured recently and not been able to ride just hold in there like it’s so it’s it’s doesn’t last forever and you know there’s other things in life than riding your bike. So just make sure you have lots of different things in your life other than just cycling which is something I’ve realized over the past few weeks that I put a lot of emphasis on my enjoyment coming from cycling. And there’s other elements. So, I’ve been spending a lot of time with my family. I’ve been playing the piano. I’ve been doing other things. And yeah, but it feels so good to get back on the bike. And I think, yeah, I just needed this today. I’m not I’m not My mind wasn’t very happy this morning. It’s all stressful at home with the kitchen, but I feel much happier now. So, just proof that getting out really does help. Anyway, I’m in the wrong gear now, so I’m going to have to go. Oh, a bunny off. His knee must be feeling good. Go. Give me a thumbs up if your knee is good. Hey, round the world training is back on, Kyle. Well, it turns out actually this cafe we’ve never been to before. I thought we were going to the same one we went to last time, but turns out that’s somewhere different. I think that might be a farm one or something. But anyway, this one’s called Chilton Veil Cafe. And boy oh boy, it’s for us because look, flags, bikes, bike racks, which we’ve not actually used properly, but oh well. Bike sign. It’s got jerseys inside. So what? I’m actually quite excited about it to be honest. Do you want to sit outside or inside? Inside as long as we can see the bees. I hope they’re not. I hope not. Otherwise, we’ve got nowhere to ride back with. Go look jerseys. It’s nice, isn’t it? What are you thinking? Jersey. Nice, isn’t it? Well, I’m glad we come here then. Somewhere new, isn’t it? Matter on the table. You okay? No, really. Is that you calling me? No, I’m the other one. Oh, right. Okay. Are you Are you being drastic? No, I’m not. Not really. You are the most dramatic person I’ve ever met. Look at that. L smack straight to the side of the table. Anyh who, are you okay? Kyle, I want to think shot in the chest or something. Anyway, we’ve just ordered and I’ll just come and sit down and Hey, up. It’s our mate Ed. Edward. Edward. I’m sponsored by Cams. It’s American Accent Management Service. If you’re hit by a car, um, contact them. They actually sort you out with a new bike and an injury claim, which I got when I was hit by a car. So, I’d rather have not been hit by a car, but you know, they sorted me out. Anyway, you can tell it’s cyst cafe when they do this for you. Chai latte with a bike on it. Bit of me. Kyle’s gone for a sourdough toasty ham and cheese. Ham and cheese and an oat milk cappuccino. A big fan of the oat milk now, aren’t you, Kyle? Chicken cycle kit. Got a massive 9 miles to go. Think we can make it, Kyle? Hello. Right. Well, that’s our riding dangled. My hair’s unleashed from the helmet. It looks like I’ been dragged rubbish backwards, but because they didn’t have anything at the cafe that I could eat because there was nothing without dairy. It was all like either mayo or cheese. And I can’t eat that cuz I’m trying to be really good cuz I found out that it upsets my stomach. A, and B, my spots are better without it. But there’s a lovely little cafe in that church over there. Old church that I’ve been to before. So, I’m going to go and get something to take away. Kyle, you want a cake, don’t you? Yes. What kind of cake do you want? Surprise. Surprise. You’re right. Okay. I’ll be back in the jiffy. Right. I’ve secured the goods. Oh, kid over there’s getting told you’re not having anything from the cafe today. Oh, sorry, mate. Oh, we are. Um, I’ve gone for a hummus and flatbread with some olives. All homemade. Kyle, I’ve got you a heated up sausage roll. Kyle put the bikes and didn’t come up to meet me. And then little bit different. You might think this is a chai or a hot drink. No, no, no. Homemade lemonade. So, get this down me. I need a bit of sugar because we’ve got to now face the London traffic. How long does it say it’s going to take? Like, it’s just not loading. Got no signal. It’s Well, it’s 3:00 now, so we’re going to be hitting the rush hour. But the ride was worth it, wasn’t it? Right. We’re rolling. We’re not on the bike in the van. Kyle, I’ve got you the best sausage roll you’re ever going to eat. Hang on. Because they’re all homemade. Look at this. I can feed it you while you’re driving. Oh, we got a bump coming up. I can feed you that. They said, “Do you want it warm with sauce?” I said, “Yes, please, mate.” That’s my version of heaven. Homemade flatbread with hummus, olives, and pepper and coriander. Bit bougie with the olives. You can tell we’re getting towards London, I tell you. Olives and coriander on a flatbread. Don’t mind if I do. 43 now. 1 hour 43. That’s not too bad. Killed a minute. We’ve killed. Oh, it’s red, though. So, it means it’s going to build red. I mean, we’re going to arrive at 5. I doubt what time we got to be into that thing tonight. Got to be We’ve got a Ruby event tonight. We got to be there at 7:00 p.m. That’s all right. I’m going to get the line bikes tonight. Yeah. Should I do Should I put the intro on the line? Shall I? Yeah. I’ll bring you to the line bikes. It’s an experience. Have you ever been on them once and it was horrible? They accelerate really fast. I really enjoy. They’re heavy. They are heavy. They’re not. Right. Anyway, going to enjoy this and we’ll see you in the London traffic. Right. Well, we’re in the London traffic. It’s going to take us 38 minutes to do 5 miles. So, it could definitely cycle faster than this. But anyway, in the distance car, you can see the shard. We can near the temps. I’m guessing it is. Yeah. Going right to the center. Basically, we had to find a car park where it’s manned for 24 hours. Because we’ve got my pink bike and the other two bikes in the back, three pinellas. Um, we can’t risk it them getting stolen. So, we’re going to the more expensive manned car park, but you know, needs must. Although, you’re going right here, Kyle. Yeah, but you’re just going this lane. Yeah, not that bright. The next one, not going this right. Straight and then right. Yeah, that’s right. Um, my pink bike is actually going to go on show in Ruler. And I’m actually a bit embarrassed cuz it’s a bit dirty. We’ll clean it. We’re going to clean it when we get there. And I’m talking at Rudol live on the stage with Lao Wilcox and Duncan Kovi which I feel a bit embarrassed about actually because it’s 20 mile out here. Don’t worry. Um because I just don’t feel like I deserve to be on the stage with them to be honest. Oh, I just feel like I’m not really I’m nowhere near their level. So I don’t know why I’m on the stage with them and I’m just going to sit there and then feel a bit insignificant. So silly. No, but they’ve been around the world. plus transmitters. Nothing compared to them though. Anyway, our comparison thing, it’s just about You’re not going down there, are you? Oh, yeah, you are. You are. Sorry. Yeah. Oh, jeez. It’s so busy around it. Wo wo wo. So busy. It would actually be quicker to be on a line bike right now, wouldn’t it? We’re definitely going on the line bikes. We’re definitely going on the line bikes eventually. So, I’m a bit scared actually about that. Oh, look at all the rugs. Um, keep going straight. Mine’s saying 4.7 miles to go because mine’s going to the car park. Look how busy it is. I’m still going the wrong way. Bro, my neck. If you needed a takeaway around here, you wouldn’t be Italian, Greek. Same with local Patty Power for the people that like to We’re going to Brick Lane. So, oh, Brick Lane’s where near where I think is Specialty Coffee. Oh, Curry’s down Brick Lane. Oh, I love Curry as well. It’s my favorite place cuz they do really nice curry. Remember that curry wraps? Oh, curry non curryan. Curry curry. Can we get that one day? Get that for lunch. Anyway, right, keep going. I’ve been training her, you know, I’m back on the training regime now, so it means I have to eat a bit more, which is good, but not too much more, but just, you know, enough to make sure I maintain the weight. Not put any on, not lose any, just maintain. Although, sometimes I might put a bit more muscle on. Anyway, that’s uh going off on a tangent, right? I’m going to cut the camera cuz I’ve got to direct Kyle. Right, we’re in London now and it was very stressful getting here. We had to literally run up the street and we just both really quickly had a shower and got ready cuz we’re going to be late for the ruby thing. So, uh, oh, bit of dry stuff off my lip. Lovely. Um, so now we’ve got to head down. I don’t know whether I want to go on the line bike. I might just get the tube cuz I feel a bit stressed about it after seeing all the traffic. And then we’ve got an evening with Ruby and then tomorrow, the next day, the next day, we’ve got Rulo Live. So, yeah, time for a weekend of fun. Well, it’s not actually weekend. It’s actually a Wednesday, a wed day as I used to say at primary school. Anyway, we’re going to go down now. If we do go on the line bikes, then I will take the cam, but I’m not sure if we will because I’m a bit scared of them. Right, we’ve located some line bikes and we’re going to go for it. And I’m a bit scared. Should I do this one? You have to scan it with your phone. It’s £1 to start and then 29 p a mile. So, it’s not too bad. This bad boy. How you How do you do the seat? Can you not put the seat up a bit? No, I can do that. How do I do that? Oh god. Put it up a bit. Oh, crown a line. Oh, yeah. That’s there. Right then. How do we go then? Whoa. What you mean just pedal? I can’t do it, Kyle. Oh, Christ. Sorry, mate. Which way? Oh, I’m going the wrong way. Whoa. Kyle, I can’t do this. Wait, there’s cars coming. Whoa, Kyle. This is not my idea of fun. Are we going then? We’re going. Kyle, how’d you break? Oh, Christ. No, I’m not ready. No, no, there’s a car coming. Kyle, I can’t do this. You mean just pedal? I’m trying to pedal. I’m on the wrong side of the prison. I can’t I can’t do it, Kyle. No, I’m not. I don’t want to do this. Jeez. Okay. Oh my Christ. Kyle, this is horrible. Oh, actually, it’s quite nice, actually. Oh jeez. It’s electric car. It’s electric. Woohoo. It’s got a bell. You can ring my bell, mate. Oh my Christ. Whoa. God. It’s a bit scary. Oh no. Get run over. Oh jeez. Where’s Oh, it’s lovely smell of weed. Well, go hear my brakes. Well, that’s my brakes. Oh, lord. Car’s just zooming off. Where we going? What are you doing? Wrong way. Oh, lord. Oh, Kyle, wait for me. It z it zooms when you start pedaling. Whoa. Jeez. Wa. Oh. Oh. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. There. Jeez. Oh god. It’s not my idea of fun. Right. Well, that was a blooming experience. We parked the bikes over there, but it was a right ripoff. It was £1150 each. Spent £22 to go on there. It should have been cheaper on the pluming tube card. A lot less stressful. Should we go back on the tube? cuz I’m not paying that again. Quick char99 for half an hour. That’s why we do that there. You have to remember. We didn’t know that though. But it’s a joke. That is I’m not doing that again. Oh, there’s a lovely distinct smell of weed down the street. Um we’ve just been to the ruler event. Not ruler, Ruby. Sorry. Rulers tomorrow. And it was really good. We had to race each other. Kyle beat me by miles up a hill. I would have eased off if I knew. I thought you was beating me. That’s why you thought I was beating him. So, I went full gas and got up. To be honest, I just gave up cuz I was like, I’m so hungry. It’s What time is it? It’s 9:36 in the P.M., and I’ve not eaten since that pter thing I had in the car. And I’m just absolutely starving. So, we’re now heading back to Brick Lane, which is near where we’re staying. Water, please. I can’t slow down. I know you went easy. I’m so hungry. So, we’re going to go to Brick Lane and find ourselves like a nice curry wrap or some sort of spicy curry thing. Yeah. Another positive I took from tonight. Yeah. I had a little bit of an effort on the Ruby bike. My knee still feels really good. Well done for that. And we are taking the tube back because it’s cheaper than the line bikes and more safe. Although more chance of getting a cold, but I’ll just put my coat over my mouth like that. To be honest, I’ll be surprised if we don’t get some sort of illness after this social 3 days. But oh well, I’ve got some echania. Get the London 3. Where are we going? Are we going the right way? Right. Well, we’re on Brick Lane and we’ve got some goods. It was a lovely Lebanese place we went to. We’re speaking to the man there for ages. He’s from Egypt and they’ve made us a nice chicken wrap with salad for me. He lives in Preston and a nice lamb wrap with salad and sauce for Kyle. And then little salad extra for me and some chips for Kyle. So, that’s going to see us through the night. We need it. We do. I’m very hungry. Very hungry. I was salivating as he was making. I was about to eat my own arm to be honest with you. I was going to build that. It’s lovely to you, mate. But I am Come on, mate. It took about half an hour to make you making it in front of you which is nice. It is nice. Whip lane. Although that’s not very nice, is it? To be honest, I am I am missing home to be honest with you. The man he was in for his brother, he Yeah, he was. I’m missing home cuz I I don’t really like the busy life, but I can cope with it for a few days. Oh, what a day. We are in bed with the chicken wrap. Car’s got chips. Life doesn’t get better than this. D, my friend, is a top quality wrap. Now, normally I don’t like eating just before bed. It’s actually really stressful for me. I’ve just been stressing about it, haven’t I? Mhm. But it’s okay for a oneoff, and it’s better to eat something than be going to bed absolutely starving. And I’ve done a lot today. So, I’m getting this down and then we’re going to slip into slumber and tomorrow, the next day, and the next day at Rudo live. So, we’re not going to bring you along every day cuz that’ll be a bit too much. But we’ll definitely bring you for a little insight. Tomorrow though, we are going to Lee Valley Ali Veladrome to see the one and only John from Santini. Can’t wait to see John cuz I’m doing a talk there. So, we’ll bring the camera just to say hi to him cuz if you’ve seen him, we know he’s blooming hilarious. So, and the lovely mom. We love him. Anyway, so thanks so much for watching. TZ to the FN. Tata for now. Goodbye. Goodbye. Ciao.

Please adjust your helmet straps. The left front one looks very loose. If something snags it, you could be badly injuried.
Our Kyle…Ex Earl of Guiness…Presently Duke of Nothing-Else is back on stage !!! together with our star Malones !!! 🎉🎉🎉
Christ on a bike, you dont half cram it in,quick 20 miles, before getting on with your business commitments 💪,it bloody hurts when you bang ya knee 🤬.The winter kills me,i bloody hate it,less than 9 hours daylight doesnt help 😠.You cant beat a good takeaway,it looked like you hit the jackpot tbf 😋. Keep spinning them legs 🚴🚴♂💪
Easy on the Blasphemy please young lady. I've noticed an increase of it recently on your channel, and it's offensive to Christians. Thanks 🙂
Always great advice! I use far too many excuses not to ride and will adopt what you say!
Amy, no-one gives a fig over a spot. Model Cindy Crawford made a fortune, off the back of a spot. Cheetahs & Leopards swear by them !
✨️
🐆
Eej goodday 👍🏻 I had a question, I want to buy a pair of running shoes but now I see there are allot of different options,i thought I get trail running shoes 🤷🏼♂️ are those also good just on the street ? I don’t want if I get natural running shoes and go true the woods and they break 🤷🏼♂️
Amy, just so you know Mayo isn’t dairy. Mayo is made with an oil and eggs. 😊
Don’t leave your Dogma in a van!!!! Builders vans are the biggest target for the wrong ‘uns!!!! Nooooooo!
12:06 Cor, don't you two scrub up well!! Both impressive.
The Chilterns are the best cycling area in Britain! I'll compete with anyone else that claims the Peak District, Cumbria, Wales, Devon etc etc etc is better. Also where I live, but that's a coincidence, honest guv
I can't do this Kyle, ooh its electric😂My e bike would make you smile going uphill, I've had it for almost 8 years and covered almost 43000 miles😊I'm glad Kyle's knee is ok again. I hope you get a break in the weather to get out together again👍
Amy; kudos to you for getting out there when you weren’t feeling your best. It is common to see ‘seasonal affective disorder this time of year, particularly among people who live at northern latitudes and where it is overcast and dreary outdoors. It’s particularly bad in the Seattle pacific northwest area of the United States and in the northern areas of the United Kingdom. This is due to the reduced day light hours combined with weather patterns that favor winter conditions. I suffer from it from time to time but it wouldn’t surprise me that f it effects you as well in any case. It’s important to get outside as much ch as possible to be exposed to natural light (which you did) so that your body can manufacture vitamin D. In any case, I wanted to let you know that there’s a bio-chemical condition that can be challenging for people who also struggle with mental health conditions to overcome! R-
Amy you are my hero 🎉
Hi Amy and Kyle, great video, it’s not a criticism, just wondered why you didn’t wear any cycle helmets while on the Lime hire bikes? Thought they’d be a necessity around London on a strange bike 🤔 glad you were both safe with no accidents 😅👍
Im absolutely howing in histerics, with you Amy over those electric bikes, absolutely terrified and almost traumatized when you first got on them, then as soon as you get going, it was a turn of the switch, having so much fun and excitment on it 🤣🤣🤣
Classic Amy – I hate it its not fun I love it – then far too pricey – love it xxx
Great news about your knee, Kyle… Shame about the other one 😂
Just a thought A&K. Some sort of link up with Billy Monger, partly for cycling as an amputee (he lost both legs below the knee motor racing) and also because he looks like Kyle's younger brother.. 😂
Chicken Cycles, formerly RJ Chicken Cycles were a relatively well known dealer and still in business. I thought they might have vanished about 20 years ago but I just had a Google because of the jersey you saw.
I use the non electric Santander bikes because they're cheap.
Happy memories of cycling with the kids to Ivinghoe Youth Hostel many years ago and finding the lovely nearby village of Aldbury. On the way we sang ‘Hi Ho, Hi Ho, we’re off to Ivinghoe..to the tune The Seven Dwarfs sang. Despite this …the kids turned out quite normal. 😂. 🚂🚴♂️👣🇺🇦
Ah Amy. You make me laugh so much. Not sure if I've ever seen such a pure blend of timidity and fearlessness. "Oh my Christ Kyle. This is horrible. Oh actually it's quite nice…." Love it.
Brilliant as usual! Amy, you sound like you are on a mega caffeine high when you're filming, speedy Gonzalez 🙂 Need to breathe in the street 'atmosphere' to relax you a bit! Good to see Kyle mobile again, although get some knee pads for the cafe stops mate! Cheers
Great content as always guys 👍 had to catch up on your videos as was under the water for a while
I completely understand Kyle's situation. My background is masonry also, but I'm 60 years old. Coincidentally, on Nov. 12th of 2024, I also tore the mcl on my left knee. Cycling actually helped tremendously. And then, on the 14th of Nov. this year, I tore the lcl on the same knee. I'm hoping to get back on the bike by the weekend.
Thanks for another great video!
Amy, please adjust your helmet straps. They are too loose, your helmet will move if you fall down. It is a bit dangerous. You’re a becoming a serious cyclist so you need a serious helmet adjustment. Cheers! Ride on
Hi Amy and Kyle, glad Kyle's leg is improving. An excellent video and great your on the stage Amy. You are a great cyclist, and have achieved lots in a short time. I've been enjoying my Gient Defy electric bike, great when there's a head wind or steep hill. Still yet to crack the 200 km. Soon you will have a new kitchen yipi. Take care, all the best Tim ❤.
Lovely video Amy I can't wait to see Santini John. He's a legend and a hoot. TTFN
Great to see you in the city, yeah it can be a bit manic. You've reminded me of the first time I cycled in the city on cheap Brompton style fold up bike, 3 miles, then the tube. Some of the cycle lanes are quite useful, especially to get you away from the main traffic, and they reach quite far through the city. I hope you had a bloody good time here.
Love the new helmet ❤
Cycles all over the world, gets on a Lime bike and it is pure terror. Amy is the best.
Kyle is going full gas on the lime bikes in the middle of london amy :o, London looks stressful
Love that helmet Amy, which model is it ?
Lime don’t charge per mile, it’s per minute, easy to rack up crazy money as you found out: suppose it explains why you get so many red light jumpers.
The Boris bikes are much better value and similar to the tube.
You deserve a place on stage with world endurance riders. Remember your humble beginnings and the accomplishments in the years leading up to today.
Your profile on Youtube is a beacon for both young and old cyclists who discover the pure joy you emanate through your exploits.
There are hundreds of cyclists with their own channels but yours has such a down to earth feel that inspires. Keep on with the entertainment and the messages that sooth the soul.
Funny! keep it coming with these videos!
Top stuff team , hard mentally getting out at the minute but well worth it . Such a great real talk at Rouleur 👏
I could hear it clearly as the brakes binded. "Wicky wicky wicky"
Amy,I love you guys and I love watching your videos. Please calm down and stop complaining. You are so lucky to be doing what you are doing and the opportunities you get. Free bikes etc. 🫂
"Ride as much or as little, as long or as short as you feel. But ride." Eddy Merckx. A phrase that I always adhere to 😁
haha the lime bikes part was comedy 😀 I felt stressed for you, Amy, as Kyle whizzed ahead!
We also tried the Lime Bikes when we came up for Rouler and met you both 😊 (on the Saturday) – I recognised your pink bike and your good luck charm! ❤So lovely to meet you! Anyhow back to the Lime Bikes…. They are way better than the Santander bikes – but yes we think expensive and the English roads are so terrible! You have to watch where you’re going constantly or you will go down a pot hole! 😮
Good laughs and motivation in this video. Loving the emotional peaks and troughs of Lime Bike usage 😅😂
Kyle… mate your knees won't improve if you keep attacking the cafe furniture with them 😚
Best to you both …
"Kyle, I can't do this, I can't do this"
"Oh, it's quite nice…"
😀
Oh, the horror 😀
+1 for laying kit out night before. Also try not asking yourself “do i want to go” instead ask “will i be glad i went” – subtle reframe but does the trick for me.
Please don’t doubt yourself Amy! You have accomplished amazing things, you are worthy of the recognition and of speaking to inspire and teach people.
