Build aluminum wheels with 24 spokes, get Mack or raketa hubs, panaracer makes a crazy light tire, so those with latex tubes. Rotor aldhu cranks are pretty light, and I think come with a carbon chainring. Find some carbon integrated bar/stems off Ali or splurge for something real, and wrap with cloth. Throw on a carbon saddle and carbon pedals and you’ll be under 15lbs easily.
