Today suddenly the handlebars started making a creaking sound. Not sure If it's coming from the headset. See video.
Should I try to open it and add grease?
Could be a overtight stemnut/stem or dirt where it shouldn’t be. So check torque if it still creaks disassemble headtube/fork clean it grease it well and it should be gone.
Edit: clean it in general first..

It sounds like the cables are binding, I would try removing the green string and the tape job and see if it improves

I did try holding the cables with one hand but nothing changed. It appeared today at the end of a ride.
I removed the tape and the green string but nothing changed. I can feel the vibration on the handlebars and the top tube.
