    I did this last week and it threw me out of my clipped pedals. Gave me a good oh shit moment.

    You were in a good body position and retained excellent bike-body separation, allowing the bike to move independently and do its thing.

    The bike has momentum, it wants to keep moving. And having a strong centered position, allowed it to do that. You can see through the whole sketchy affair that your pedals are level, your weight is evenly distributed, your elbows are slightly bent, but you are in a relaxed position that allows your bike to move. When your nose starts to dive, your weight shifts back.

    You didn’t panic and pull brake or do something stupid. You just stayed chill and rode it out. Nice work.
