First of all, just want to offer heartfelt thanks to this sub and the many generous, patient people on it who've offered their knowledge and wisdom. Without you, I wouldn't have completed my first full strip down and restomod. It's nothing fancy, but it's clean, reliable and running smoothly now, and I'm obscenely proud of it.
One outstanding bit of business, which may or may not be a concern. The front wheel sits off-centre in the forks. Axle is centred in the dropouts, and it's exactly the same if I flip the wheel round, so I'm guessing the fork is slightly twisted? Can't see or feel a problem when riding, and it's a steel fork, so should I be worried or just send it? (And by "send it" I mean "leisurely pootle round the neighborhood.")

Send it! (?) Honestly I’ve seen worse, the misalignment you’re mentioning is almost not noticeable.
so long as you have the brakes fairly centered I wouldn’t worry about it. If it really bothers you you can try a thin washer on the axle. you can also look up how to cold set steel forks but that’s probably not worth the risk.
