Went to the UK and bought the new C Line 12-speed in Dune Sand with a high handlebar, upgraded the seat to a B17, and the tires to Schwalbe Marathon Racer. Added the advanced roller rack and a bag, plus some other accessories. Pretty sure it will last me a lifetime with good care, and portability is superb!
I was doing a lot of research on whether I should buy a used Brompton or a new one. I came to the conclusion that if you want to upgrade your bike in the future, just don’t overthink it and buy the new one. However, if you don’t care about the technology and advancements and just want a robust city bike, go with a used one.
P.S. Sorry, Brompton, the T Line isn’t as light as you guys say it feels. It definitely makes a difference when riding, but it doesn’t justify the price, TBH. I compared C, P, and T lines folded, and, the difference doesn't feel as big as it is on paper.

Welcome to the club OP bike looks lovely, I agree on the T line it’s lovely don’t get me wrong but personally I can’t justify the cost especially with my mountain biking addiction.
As to maintenance regularly clean the drivetrain, keep the frame clean and dry, service regularly oh and oil your hinges once every few weeks and your bike will have a long happy life.
