I've been googling for hours and haven't found anything similar.
This issue usually only happens once or twice per right, I can't replicate it because I don't know what triggers it.
So lets say I'm halfway into my ride and all of sudden a large pop noise happens and I feel it in the drive train.
It's a 12sp shimano di2 roadbike, I'm inclined to say it's the BB but the bike is only 2 years old (SHIMANO BB-RS500 pressfit)
I did a proper dewintering service and pulled the bike apart to clean it properly and torqued everything back up to spec and it still happens.
I've checked my thru axles/spokes and hub too.
I've checked the crankset and tried putting my weight on the pedals at different angles too still nothing.
EDIT* found a post that points to my Novatec hub, I'll dissasemble it again and check the teeth.

Got a spare set of wheels? Try them see if the noise is still there, then you know it’s something on the frame.
Is it worse on the downstroke while you’re pedalling really hard?
My guess is the freehub stopping juuust on the edge of a ratchet position.
