roommate likes his new cesare :)

I posted about this build for a friend yesterday evening

He rode it to and from work and thought it felt great! He also has a makino that’s 1-2cm bigger and said this frame seemed more responsive with a better fit. The makino wheelbase is about 1.5 inches longer so I guess it makes sense.
