Here’s how to relieve a stiff groin in seconds.
Start off in a lunge position with both knees bent roughly at 90°. This front knee is going to
be straight out in front of us. Take your hands put them right on your hips. What you’re going
to do is lunge your body weight forward until you feel a really good stretch form on the front
part of your thigh that works towards the groin. Hold this comfortably for about 5 seconds and then
relax. Now, like a clock, what we’re going to do is move over a little bit, so that first position was
noon, now we’re going to go towards 12:30-1:00 and then repeat. Keep doing this over and over again
in as many different positions as possible. If you’re able to get towards 3:00, definitely do it
but what you’re going to notice is one certain position just offers the best stretch. At that
point, throw more repetitions in until everything is nice and loose and I do recommend doing this
on both sides to keep everything in balance.
