Should I install the seat stay bridge in opposite direction? There is a lot of air underneath. Also there is a lot of pressure of the fender on the seat tube because the shape of the fender interfers with the frame.

Plenty of how to videos on YouTube. Worst case just bring it to your local shop
But you do bend that metal tab for the front fender
That rear tire is too big for that fender. Domane is spec’d to receive fenders on tires 35 or lower but tire sizes vary by manufacture and those tires have too much knob to fit that set.
