How do you combine the Maap Insulted Flow Jacket?

I recently bought the Maap Insulted Flow Jacket (I think MAAP is about to rebrand this product TEAM Flow+ Jacket) and I am having a hard time combining it with my winter kit.

For 5–10 deg celcius, do you where this with a base layer + (short/long) jersey? I feel like this combo can get too warm too quickly, and I'd ride without the jersey mid layer, however the jacket doesn't come with the usual back pockets, just a tiny key-pocket on the side.

I know temperature perception can be very individual, but still I am curious how you layer for 5–10 degs with that MAAP jacket?
