I just added about 10 psi to the rear shock (Fox X2) on my son’s bike and when I removed the pump the shock emptied all of the air through the valve (see video).
The shock was previously at 140 psi and I bumped it up to 150, has him test the sag, and removed the pump. Never had this issue before.
The bike is a few years old and hasn’t been serviced. It might be due for a visit to the mechanic but I am hoping this is an easy (I.e. inexpensive) fix.
Really appreciate any advice. Thanks!

Do you have a valve core remover tool? Tighten the core and see if that fixes it
You could try replacing the valve core. But:
The bike is a few years old and you’ve NEVER had the shock serviced?
