I am walking the length of the UK on my own and it is starting to get dark so I need a place to Camp first of all I realized that I was way too close to civilization and wild camping is also illegal in England so I need to find a place where nobody is going to find me after about an hour of walking I found a few potential options this spot here would have been ideal but it was on a hill and I do not FY sleeping diagonally tonight this spot here was way too close to the woods so obviously I couldn’t Camp here because you know scary in that but then I think I found the absolute perfect spot right here there was water nearby and no potential risk of a woodland serial killer perfect

  1. Sleeping in the woods feels way more dodgy and it doesn’t make sense because being out in the open realistically should make you feel more vulnerable but it doesn’t 😂

  2. The woods are your friend. Less ticks, it's warmer, you're more hidden. The only thing you need to worry about is widow-makers, falling branches and the like. I don't think camping in full view like that is the best idea.

  3. Wild camping is illegal

    An electric scooter is illegal

    Hoverboards… illegal

    Why?

As long as you’re not hurting anyone?

They make laws out of thin air and make you get rid of your dog because it’s suddenly illegal to own that breed.

When are people going to wake up and see how tyrannical this country is

    It is all about control

  4. Its only illegal if you dont get permission from the land owner to stay especially if its private property or you leave rubbish behind/destroy the surronding area etc camping is not illegal.
