Only made this as my old seapost was a type where I could not use my new aliexpress carbon rails saddle. And also as this happens to be quite hard to find 25mm size for my carbon Vitus, it was possible to use standard mm sized carbon tubing. Its a bit of a vanity part also, to get my bike looking all carbon.
The actual seatclamp is from a cheapo trash seatpost (25.4mm) i had in my partsbin, and its just super heavy. Maybe i will look into getting some cheapo seatpost with a lighter head, because i want it all black.

What kind of epoxy did you use?
This is incredible – I love this so much. Thank you for your tenacity and I understand the search – I built a vitus that had an odd size for the Seatpost but I was lucky it was present.
