New sounds emerge when you’re actually on the bike, so that doesn’t surprise me. Given that it only happens when you pedal, I’d check the drive train. Could be a loose bolt somewhere or something stuck in the cogs or jockey wheels. The tire could be rubbing, but that rubbing sounds like something harder than rubber.
