Gear Organizinf

Trying to figure out a grab-and-go gear box/tote/organizer that I can have packed with all the stuff I may need for a ride, and can get thrown in the back of the truck or camper so I have my gear somewhat organized and available to jump out with the fat bike or mountain bike come summer. Thinking minor tools, pump, lights, helmet, shoes, gloves, etc. in some pseudo organized, ready-to-go setup.

I picked up a 12gallon husky box but not sure if I’m liking it- ideally something with spots for things would be helpful, but I haven’t seen a way to add dividers or anything to these boxes.

Anyone have a setup they love? Mostly trying to have my act together so at least I’m only chasing the 6-year-old’s stuff when it’s time to ride, and/or make having what o need ready to go when I find slivers of time to get out!
