According to the seller, it has never been ridden before. It seems to be a medium frame 2020 – 2021 model according to the serial number. Does this seem like a good deal? Does the claim of it being essentially new seem to add up based on the pictures?
I was just looking for a good hybrid bike to get me back into biking and I've heard this was a great model to go with. Thank you!

If its new, then maybe yes. But all the parts look super cheap, like that crankset. And that rear cassette looks like a freewheel.
It does clearly look like new.
I would not get a bike like this, but would try to find a used bike with better components.
