bro go to Gstaad
Christ I spent that on lunch in Folie Douche🤪
I'm swiss and zermatt ish trash. No one speaks any swiss language neither is swiss
I live there and you can see my house in the video😂
Thredbo Australia….hold my beer
Seeing this upsets me. Young people have had to make a literal business out of finding ways to enjoy life. Going to Switzerland for a ski holiday should not have to involve making dinner at night after being tired- or bagged lunches. Yes- Im Gen X- 50 years old- (currently in Switzerland and retired) and realize how lucky we had it. Its clear hard work will never be enough for Gen Y and beyond. It will be pure luck for them in 30 years to even contemplate a retirement. Loved the video- because it shows they are making it happen.
Bro I thought it would be way higher when you said most expensive. I went to vail last year and it was so much. We stayed in a little condo in vail village and my parents got us all epic passes. Idk how much the condo was but my pass was 600+ I think. The plane tickets were almost 600 per person as well. I think I should ask to go to Europe next year!
Not a resort, its a town
Italy is better and cheaper, food is better so no readon to ho to zermatt except trying it 1 time
Compared to aspen that’s free
Not bad lift tickets in Colorado are like $200+ daily
Ways more to stay that close to mountain.
Is it a joke ? The night's price is very low for Switzerland. The only thing expensive you told is the three day lift if it is for each person, if it is for two it is not.
And what is this drink @7.5€ ? Why euros ? Where were you ? In UE or Switzerland ? You were in Italia don't you ?
cheaper than norway
If you go to cervinia i paid €30 for a 1 day pass in Zermatt
I see you have not skeed in Lapland. It's way more expensive.
£160 is expensive, if you go outside main season (like January) you would be able to book a room for around €70-80 ONLY!!!
Americans dont realize that you make much more money a month not everything is you…
For Europe yes it was expensive but try going to Americas west coasts ski resorts (Jackson hole, alta, snowbird, etc) and a lift pass foe one day per person is around 350
Smart about the kitchen spent £150 on average for food
Ahg die briten
Btw take it doner is halal for my fellow muslims😊
Did you go skiing
Thats quite reasonable
Why purchase a ski pass when you can opt for a heli-taxi for €249 per ride?
seems reasonable, average ski holidays one can expect 1000 euros a person per week in generall here. just glad were not in the usa, udd spend 200 on a liftpass per day.
It's more expensive at Courchevel, a day lift ticket easily tops 100€ a day, sometimes as high as 184€ during peak. Hotels can top 700€ a night
Interesting video.
Best cheap-skiing hack? Buy your own equipment – once the season is over.
only 4 days
0:17 funnily enough this came up just about when I took a bite on a piece of Toblerone 😆
I wish i lived in gstaad
I spend like 300 pounds at max every ski season💀
lmfao thats a $2500 trip to the US easily
Just dropped 15k usd for a family of 4….extremely expensive
I WENT THERE OMG IT WAS BEAUTIFUL N THE SLOPES 4 CHEFS KISS I highly recommend it.
unironically cheaper than skiing at a major us resort
I thought it was much more expansive.. Courchevel and St. Morirz are more espansive
