Here's my custom built Norco Fluid. Been riding it this summer, changing a few parts here and there. This is by far my favourite bike. It's the perfect trail and light enduro bike.
Next season I will increase the fork travel to 150 or maybe 160 mm and over stroke the shock, and then take the bike into gnarlier terrain with burlier tires.
On a side note, Norco handled a warranty claim I had super quick with no questions asked.
Will probably buy a Sight frame too at some point.

How do you like the coil on it? I have a 2024 Fluid custom-built with a 150mm fork on it that I will be bumping up to 160mm, and the rear to 140ish
