I bought a Chrome messenger bag from a dude on facebook marketplace and he threw in some extra goodies for me. I know these are some sort of bikepacking bags, but for the life of me i can’t figure out how they’re used!! are they supposed to be attached? do they tie onto a larger bag? i need to know!!

You posted terrible pictures and no information and you want us to solve your mystery for you? Maybe even try to identify the manufacturer or anything?
