  1. Yes, but it’s missing a guide/seating bolt (the little hole). Look up Axle Mount Rear Derailleurs to see how they mount to the frame.

    It can be used without the bolt but won’t sit correctly/might rotate when you don’t want it to.

    Yes, should be no problem. The shifters are friction, not indexed, so no worry about compatibility.

    Common patchwork piecing a bike together by a non mechanic makes that mounting mistake… go to a bike shop and get the right mounting bolt and nut . Look at a regular bike you’ll see. Its the nut on the backside thats proprietary. Regular hardware dont work
