Found this kind of interesting. Here are 6 of my 54-55cm track frames with the same wheel and 25mm Conti tire.
Even though NJS frames are supposed to be same spec, some definitely have more clearance than others.

You can probably even push for 28’s. I had a Reminton NJS for track days. 28 sized tires ran beautifully, no issues with the clearance. The rear rim was a HED Belg+ wide rim too.
Thats a hot collection – please make more posts in the future with all the bikes as they are currently built – Im pretty sure Im not the only one that would Love that
And yes there are clearance differences with my NJS frames too
…And that’s why I should probably stick to conversions.

There was a Horse Cycles track bike at my local co-op that had 23mm tires and was rubbing. I think they had to put 19mm on it
