It was working just fine. Had a snow storm, chain got all dirty, cleaning the chain and I looked away for a second and it jumped behind the cassette and jammed up all bad. Had to fight with it to get it out. Finished cleaning and regreasing everything. Went for a ride yesterday, during the hill climb the bottom 3 gears were skipping around like crazy and then the chain went behind the cassette again. Fought with it last night I can’t get it to work right. Replace derailleur? Or bend it straight?

Its probably not the derailleur that is bent but the derailleur hanger. Can’t tell from this pic. Look at it from behind. Put a 5 or 6mm allen key into the bolt that holds the derailer on the frame and use the wrench to straighten it. Or better yet go support your local bike shop.
Its gg sadly

Don’t know what “fought with it” means. Indexing? Limit screw adjustment?
Absolutely no way anyone here can narrow down the cause based on your description and that useless pic. Either take it to a shop or narrow down the possible causes: bent derailleur hanger; bent derailleur cage; bad L-limit screw setting; rear axle not in QR dropouts straight; etc.
