It’s our final day and we’re on the way to Bill Bao for some RNR before catching the ferry home. So, welcome to the daily drone. Today’s drone footage comes from a very long bit of cycle path we went on along the side of a motorway. It was the best bit of the ride today as most the rest of the time we’re riding on semi- busy roads. The weather has now turned baking hot, so we’re glad it was a short day and we’re able to get to Bil Bao by midafter afternoon ready for some tourist activity. Fact of the day, Bill Ba is famous for its modern aunt gallery, the Guggenheim. But it is possible even with a gam to get around all the exhibits in less than an hour, leaving plenty of time for the gift shop and cafe. So one more day in Bil Bao before we catch the ferry home on Saturday. We covered 656 miles over 12 days plus a rest day in San Sebastian. In hindsight, we probably needed a couple more days as some of the stage were rather long and we had to skip a few bits out. So, over the last eight weeks, I’ve now cycled over 5,000 miles and I’m not sure if I want ever want to see my bike again. I definitely won’t be cycling until at least Tuesday.
