Paid $50… This will be a "let's go get ice cream" bike. Damn, I forgot how weird 90s MTB geometry was. Plan for this is some higher rise handlebars with some sweep, maybe a shorter stem with some rise. Tune the brakes, and drivetrain, new pads, cables, wires. New comfy seat. Gonna be a fun winter project.

If the polyurethane in the fork is blown, it’s “easy” to convert it to a spring fork. I forgot the name but a company makes some for the Indy, just gotta buy the one that matches your weight
