Make the specialized into a modern enduro with all the bells and whisles and the other bike jum like a slopestyle or sum maybe it would look cool but im not sure the top of the seat tube is low enough to allow that, no idea
Shorter stems wider bars. Riser bar on the specialized. Maybe 1x conversion. Swap seatpost on the specialized to one with no set back. The backwards seatpost on there looks silly
