Went with schwable winters studded, decent tire. Went with 1.75". We had a foot of snow the day after this photo and it held up okay, great on the packed down stuff.
But the real star is the velo orange fenders. Looks snazzy but fuck me they were annoying to install. Mostly because of my front rack and vbrakes. Had to fab a hanger for the front or of some aluminum plate to clear the vbrakes cable.
Added lots of inner tube padding to the rear seat stays to prevent clanking nosies.
I hate noisey bikes
