
Worst part (beyond the incidents that have already caused $734K in damage, RAD doesn't have funds available to exchange the batteries.

This is why it’s best to avoid these pop-up eBike brands vs buying from a reputable brand. You either get a bad product, lack of warranty, the brand may cease to exist, or all of the above.
I really want to go back and send this to every dingus who cried “elitist” when our shop refused to service these bikes
