Bike geometry of my dreams! I’ve never been more comfortable on a bike. Can’t wait to customize it!
Big con: the brakes! Any suggestions for more stopping power? Currently has stock Tektro Mira brake calipers.
Also, how is everyone liking the Muc-off Big Bore valves?

Nice looking bike! About the bikes, I don’t think there is much else to do since the problem is that they’re mechanical, which isn’t great for stopping power. Ideally you want hydraulic brakes but in this case you would also need to change the shifters.
One of my buddies upgraded his mechanical discs to the Juin Tech ones (I think F1 model). They’ve been happy with the improvement.
You could try bigger rotors. Your fork already has a bigger one, but as per the Surly site max size is 203mm.
There seems to be no info about rear rotor size.
