This isn’t a 2019
With the post mount brakes and the externally routed shifters it dates from the mid 2010s. For this specific bike it is from [2015](https://dorelrl.widen.net/s/8jb6kcxgd5/cy15_cannondale_catalog_en) bottom of printed page 59.
